Frequently Asked Questions
What you need to know to plan your visit to our midtown Missoula indoor play area:
WAIVER: Every child must have a WAIVER signed by a parent or legal guardian before they can start bouncing. Not attending with your child? No problem! The waiver must still be signed electronically by the parent/guardian in advance.
NOTE: If you are a returning customer you must update the waiver by opening the waiver form and clicking on “Returning Customer.”SOCKS: Bouncers & parents should wear or bring socks. We ask that everyone remove their shoes and wear socks to keep the play area clean. Normal socks will suffice, they don’t have to be “grippy” socks.
SUPERVISION: An adult must remain present to supervise their children.
LOCATION: We are located in the heart of Midtown Missoula at 801 W Kent Ave in Missoula.

How long should a toddler play in a bounce house?
For toddlers (ages 2-5), we recommend starting with 60 minutes of play. This allows them plenty of time to explore the inflatables and burn energy without becoming overstimulated or overly tired. You can always add more time, if your toddler wants to stay longer. Our Missoula facility offers flexible hours to fit your toddler's nap schedule.
